Ollie: Therapy? are playing at the "Gosforth Gathering" in August, fancy going down? they're not headlining and most of the other bands will be crap, but if tickets aren't too expensive it could be good.

for those of you who don't live in North-East England, it's a new festival starting this year just outisde Newcastle, at the racecourse.

http://www.gosforthgathering.com/

Ginger and the Sonic Circus are playing too

and only £55 for the 2 days, plus booking fee.
When in August? I can't seem to find that information on the site, somehow.

Unless it's late August, I don't think I can make it :(

Shattered_Future 04-11-2006 05:47 PM

Dodgeball rules. Especially when you're over 6 feet tall and playing with kindergardeners (holy crap, I forgot how to spell it...).

Desperation is the mother of solutions. Apparently the error that ****ed up most of my Windows media systems was based on a missing file in DirectX. Thanks to my Dad for figuring out the problem. The reason I needed him to fix it was because none of my media players would work on a DVD I needed to view for class.

blue3 04-11-2006 05:57 PM

kindergarteners? I don't like dodgeball at all.

So I went today to my local Recordstore and I found some cool albums. I bought Einherjer's "Norwegian Native Art" which is an awesome album I think I'll do an Sputnik Review for it later on, I bought a couple of spanish metal albums which I think no one knows about them in here htey're called Jose Andreä "Donde El cOrazon Te Lleve" which is an outstanding album very celtic driven. I bought Walter Giardino's (Rata Blanca's guitar player) solo album which is called "Temple" I think I'll send this album tomorrow to Oz for the Daily Upload because its amazing, My only dissapointment was the Galloglass album I bought "Havenseeker". I've heard really good things about this guys and as soon as I saw the album I grabed it and bought it, on the way home I listened to the album and I didn't liked it as much as I thought I would, I think it's just bland Power Metal with nothing extraordinary.

Moses 04-11-2006 07:22 PM

Nice avatar Ollie.

How do you like your babies cooked? I enjoy them baked in a lemon and white wine sauce or cooked cajun style.

What's goin on peeps

Shattered_Future 04-11-2006 10:45 PM

Finished an "emo" song I'm writing for a "friend" for her birthday. Or, almost finished...the recording's done. Now all I need to do is program drums/piano/synths/other stuff.

Should be quite good, IMHO.

Now, going to bed. Circus tomorrow. :D

My dad is friends with the trombone player in Ringling Brothers circus, so we go every time they come around. Free tickets, and we get to go "backstage", so to say, to look at the animals and whatnot. Quite fun, really.

Leper 04-11-2006 10:49 PM

Heckle a clown for me please.:D

Shattered_Future 04-11-2006 10:54 PM

Hell no, man. The clowns are our friends. :)

Urgh, tired. Bedtime. Gnite all.
