So anyway things aren't going so well on my end

It's an american thing, brotha. I don't know anyone with a cleaning lady. Only filthy rich people have it.

Lazy Americans .

This sounds like a job for Slug the Love Doctor.

But if you don't want to talk about it, that's cool too.

You can always get at me on AIM.

Sorry to hear man. Hopefully everything works out for you.

Ray: sucks about your girlfriend being sick.

EDIT: double sucks about your fight.

Joe: sucks about your dad drilling you.

In regards to Aes: yeah, he rules from what I've seen. The re-emergence of his Point Man avatar is ace.

In regards to the MNM: I have a faint idea of why Riva is upset, but that's all I can say at the moment.

/is back at uni, unfortunately. But the drive was amazing.

Yeah, same sentiment, Ray, my man.

I always thought, The big beast was such an awesome name for a song anyway, but to put it in LATIN?!

that's like double- bonus-cool

ATM 09-05-2005 03:59 PM

Good song :) (regarding Kansas)

That's fun to play on an acoustic.

I am digging Pavement for the first time ever, right now.

Yep and it is also interesting how American's say things like "Man we're so poor, we don't even have a pool". I don't even know anyone who owns a pool, that might have something to do with the weather but I don't think it is all to do with that.

On the subkect of cars; this is what I'm now driving after my family decided to upgrade from the Mazda. Only it doesn't look so pretty anymore as it has a massive dent in the bumper/fender where some guy in a van reversed into it

Also, I'm quite shocked. I think this is the first time that I've ever logged into RYM and not seen an Iai reiew on the front page.

Nah, I do prefer ambient, but I like some techno once in a while, The Prodigy, for one.

Does anybody know of a program where I can take one really long bootleg and divide it up into the seperate songs?

Neurotoxin 09-05-2005 06:03 PM

Media Jukebox 8

When you install it, it will install a media editor.

It's free to download.

Bartender 09-05-2005 06:09 PM

Since media manipulation has been brought up, can anyone suggest a program, preferably free, for ripping video clips from a DVD?

Neurotoxin 09-05-2005 06:14 PM

DVD Shrink.

EDIT: Apparently DVD Shrink has ceased development, so it may not work on ALL DVDs.

Here is a helpful guide:
