The production is pretty bad, I agree, but the clean singing is the best of any of their albums.

So, I've realized that sleep is a necessity to function, esp. when you juggle a wife, a kid, a job, a band that's recording an album, and active internet involvement.........

R2R is good...the perks are better than the downers, but about half the album is good, half is pretty crappy IMO.

To bad I have insomnia and have to be up at 5:45 in the morning for a guitar symposium.

I've had cases of insomnia a few nights. It sucks more than anything I can imagine...

I have no idea, I know you can sleep aids but you need to commit a full 8 hours too sleep, otherwise you might now wake up when you need or you'll feel the effects in the morning. Usually when ever I smoke I can go to sleep.
