Yes, good movie and seriously what will happen soon. The government uses a "better by comparison" method, to eventually attain a network of smutt/snuff, and [I]that[/I] movie is a backbone of what will happen soon.

I don't know who played the crazy guy with the hair, but I remember that in the early 90's when I seen it, I think I watched it in like 1991 and again a few years ago, he reminded me of a burned out Ronnie James Dio.

The only other movie that freaked me out with James Woods was Once Upon A Time In America, amazing film. That is seriously one of my favorites, great film.
