I can't blame people for not liking things like dark ambient. Its not something people usually hear and go "oh wow that sounds great". It takes getting used to

Idk, ABR to me, as just a band is something that I can completely get into at a show or just chilling at home. they are a band that really have an emotional connection with me in their music. that's why they are one of my favorite bands. it's not because i just think they rule. its because i genuinely feel a connection and get a lot of out of their stuff.

yeah, im just gonna go out and point out that i lost a lot of respect for a few of the regs here by trying to prove their tastes by going on about how august burns red is terrible (regardless of the fact that theyre extremely tight and just write generic music) when in the first place all i was saying that a friend of mine is a lucky bastard and did a shirt design
