Pate: its still too early to be witty.

Tyr 12-06-2007 10:00 AM

The trumpet's the only real band instrument. Too bad I don't remember a single thing about how to play it.

I would give you rep for your avatar, but.

gmoneyguy 12-06-2007 10:08 AM

Its cool dude. Its the thought that counts.

Aakon_Keetreh 12-06-2007 10:39 AM

Exactly.

Tyr 12-06-2007 10:45 AM

Yo, d00ds. What's cooking?

gmoneyguy 12-06-2007 10:58 AM

I have two public housing areas that I'm working on.

Tyr 12-06-2007 11:00 AM

For uni, or something else? You do Architecture, right?

gmoneyguy 12-06-2007 11:01 AM

Its for work actually, and yes I do architecture. :)

Tyr 12-06-2007 11:06 AM

A friend of mine was an architecture student 'til he realized that there aren't any jobs for architects in Sweden. There's too many of them. I guess the situation's a bit different in th U.S.

AA-12 12-06-2007 11:12 AM

Hey guys.

What's going on?

I'm going to my grandma's house in a few minutes.

Tyr 12-06-2007 11:13 AM

Studying for an exam tomorrow. I'm not terribly motivated, though.

It is, the US is developing land, and we get more natural disasters. Repair work usually needs an architect to to draw up and point out where and what repairs need to be done, and people love to get the buildings renovated also.

Deth 12-06-2007 11:14 AM

Listening to King Diamond and procrastinating.

I think the repair work's done by engineers here, but I'm not sure.

gmoneyguy 12-06-2007 11:25 AM

It depends on what was damaged in the US really. Structural is typically done through an architect, as long as its not a skyscraper or anything. Its not unusual for an engineer and architect to work together on a job.

Tyr 12-06-2007 11:29 AM

I see. For all I know it might be the same here. I've just gotten the impression that engineers do that kind of thing.

the2stranger 12-06-2007 11:55 AM

God dammit.
My last.fm account is all in russian now, and since I don't know russian I can't see the button to change it back to english.
