Yeah.

I guess I just need to find the right hat for me :p

kurrpt 04-10-2006 10:56 AM

im wearing this hand knit one i got at a skate competition. Got in in Georgia, which is like 800-1000 miles from where i live.

Jev 04-10-2006 11:00 AM

That's cool.
I have a bowler which looks good on me, a winter hat (one with earflaps), a few caps which don't go well on me, my Russian hat (in my Myspace pics), a beanie and a hat that's a beanie with a cap.

I like 'em all except for the caps.

kurrpt 04-10-2006 11:01 AM

i c

i think i look terrible in baseball hats. Its the long hair i think

Jev 04-10-2006 11:07 AM

Plus they don't really fit on my head.

the2stranger 04-10-2006 11:16 AM

I never wear hats, exceptions are terrbily hot summers at festivals.
I need something on my head to prevent a sun.how's it called?.....

Jev 04-10-2006 11:17 AM

/Juggles with burning sticks.

:p
np: Tsjuder - Ghoul.
You know this band Ollie?

Lord Abortion 04-10-2006 11:56 AM

Someone was supposed to send me some from the Death Heads thread, but it never happened.

NP-Children of Bodom-Hatecrew Deathroll

the2stranger 04-10-2006 11:59 AM

I mean the band Tsjuder, not Ghoul that's being discussed so much lately...if that brings some confusion.

It's just a coincedence the song is called Ghoul too.
Tsjuder is a black metal band, ppretty good stuff, nice and cold.

Lord Abortion 04-10-2006 12:03 PM

Ah, I see...therin lay the means of my misunderstanding.

I don't like hats much. Someone came into work a couple of weeks ago with a Mayhem hat and A Gorgoroth shirt on....that was cool, we had a bit chat.

Nice. You know how hard it is to find other "extreme" metal heads in my area like that? It's like finding a needle in a haystack. So alone :(

gmoneyguy 04-10-2006 12:27 PM

I can;t wait until tomorrow because I get to go to a guitar symposium.

kurrpt 04-10-2006 12:27 PM

Hah, it took me a while to ween my rhythm guitarist on some actual metal...he's still an idiot though

gmoneyguy 04-10-2006 12:30 PM

When I first moved to Mississippi I thought I would never meet anyone Tr00 metal, but I met a group a guys a while who listen to Opeth and Dark Tranquility

TheDMV 04-10-2006 12:31 PM

its definitely a situation that you have to ease them into. Im trying to get my punk-drummer friend into metal. Hes liking Nevermore a good bit so far

You should have him listen to Natten's Madrigal - Ulver

Yeah, see, mine's obsessed with megadeth; that's pretty much all he listens to. He doesn't really know much about actual metal except everything I've hooked him on...and he calls power metal "quest metal", gah it's so annoying...

Deth 04-10-2006 12:39 PM

I can't stand people who only listen to one band heavily. It gets really annoying.
