RissaPoodle 08-03-2006 10:38 AM

Talking to MX'ers? Pfft, I've talked to a few.

Dan called me like a million times on New Years Eve because he was really drunk.
Jon called me to make fun of my voice mail.
I have Spencer's number and I've texted him before.
I have Kif's number but I don't think I've ever called him.
Seth calls me sometimes.
And I think that's it.

Kif 08-03-2006 11:07 AM

I remember calling you to make fun of your voice mail message. You answered at first and didn't know who I was, so you hung up :p

Angry Balled Fists! 08-03-2006 11:10 AM

BridgeToSolace 08-03-2006 11:23 AM

Thanks for ruining soulseek for me, Dan.

Storm In A Teacup 08-03-2006 11:46 AM

Hey, Justin.

Top 25 Pop Punk bassists elimination thread is finally up! I worked on it for like half an hour.
Morning Chels.

I haven't seen Jo on here in a good while.

She's barely online anymore.

And she doesn't talk to me on Myspace anymore so I wonder what's goin' on.

Edit: I should go. I have to babysit again and I want to be ready for my cousin's to pick me up.

Bye!
It's because she has gone home to Australia.

AZNMan#2 08-03-2006 11:51 AM

Not much Ian. I didn't make the tennis team, so I'm kinda in a bad mood atm, but I'll deal.

Matt: oic, she not have intranet in Australia?

Pazz 08-03-2006 11:53 AM

Well Australia's time difference is huge. It's a 15 hour time difference for me. So that means when we are on during the day, it's night time there. She is coming back to Canada soon though, for good.

Damn, that sucks. The only kind of tennis I was ever good at was the first mario tennis on game boy years back. :p

Aren't there more than just one team, with differently skilled players in each one?

Pazz 08-03-2006 12:02 PM

Justin: That sucks that you didn't make the team. I know what it's like to try your hardest to make a team, and then get cut.

Yeah, but I didn't make the varsity class. It sucks because I'm really only friends with like 3 people on JV. All my friends are on varsity. :(

Not to mention we only get to play for like 30 minutes each day compared to the 2 hours that varsity gets. Gah, I'm really not happy about that.

Mario tennis does own though. One of my faves on the 64.

Matt: Yeah, I see now. @ first post

Yeah, it sucks pretty bad.

At least I can get a job....:-\

Hehe, I might have to do marching band this year now. Whoopteedoo.

Alright, enough of my bitching.

How's everyone else doing?

Storm In A Teacup 08-03-2006 12:08 PM

I'm going to get a job when school starts back up. I'll not have a lot of free time to post on the forums I don't think whenever I'm on the cp then. :(

Dead Star 08-03-2006 12:08 PM

Whoa Justin, major suckage going on there.

As soon as I turn 16, I'm going Job hunting, I need money so badly.

Yeah, same here. I've posted a ton this month because I had so much free time.

To make this day better, it's laundry day, so I'll be back and forth. bbl guys.

Storm In A Teacup 08-03-2006 12:11 PM

Even though I haven't worked at all this summer I've managed to buy probably 50 new CDs. Heh. And that's with a $5 a week allowance too.

My time on the computer at the library is up, but I didn't get kicked off. :-D

Haha, I don't even get allowance.

But my mom pays for stuff, so it's all good.

Snowball Fight 08-03-2006 12:21 PM

Sup PP, i've been out at a skate park all day, it's been pretty good.

We met these guys who were ace, it was well good.

Storm In A Teacup 08-03-2006 12:23 PM

Hey, Ben. I'm at the library...again. My friend called me and was going to stop by my house to hang out, but I was here so here's to another day wasted...
:-(

Snowball Fight 08-03-2006 12:24 PM

Ah that sucks.

I hate days when I do nothing but come on the computer/laze around it's so boring.

AZNMan#2 08-03-2006 12:25 PM

Hi Ben.

I'm gonna go play some Halo. Get all this crap inside me out.

Ben: That's me every day this month. :-\

What for?

I'm kinda not looking forward to this school year. I've got a few teachers that I'm iffy about. Woo, my schedule sucks.

Storm In A Teacup 08-03-2006 12:29 PM

I'm looking forward to school so I can just mess around afterwards with peeps.

bottlerocket 08-03-2006 12:29 PM

Standard Grades, which is the Scottish equivalent of GCSE's.

If anybody knows what they are.

Peeps as in the food or people?

I'm kinda looking forward to that, but I dunno. Our school looks so much different than it did last year with all the renovation going on.

Gav: You dork, you're not supposed to promote yourself. :p

J: oic, yeah, I kinda know what those are.

Kinda like our SAT's for us amrite?

Err...people...:p

I'm going into the final building of my district. The 11th and 12th grade building, otherwise known as High School. :D I was in the Intermediate High School last year in 9th-1th so I didn't really consider myself in high school yet, but now I do.

bottlerocket 08-03-2006 12:33 PM

I'm not promoting myself...I'm clinging to an extremely farfetched dream that I stand a chance of winning. :upset:

bottlerocket 08-03-2006 12:36 PM

Scholastic Aptitude Tests...it's supposed to be a measure of how smart you are. You need to take it to get into college.

They're a joke because they're subject to SO many variables and they're not an accurate reflection of your ability to test or perform academically at all but they're a huge deal. The test is well over 4 hours long (mine was five and a half, I think). They're extremely tiring and are now graded out of 2400, including an essay you need to write.

I've been really scurred for when I will have to eventually take them. I know I won't do good. :(

Except mine will be the ACT.

oic haha

Our high school isn't that big that we need 2 buildings. We have all 4 grades in the same place. It's pretty cool.

Gav: haha, <3

And I get to take my SATs at the end of the school year! Yay! Not.

I dread sitting in that room for 5 hours.

My mom bought me a PSAT book because she wants me to get a scholarship from it. I don't want to read it though. :(

SATs are more of a common sense thing and then knowing your formulas and vocabulary.

bottlerocket 08-03-2006 12:40 PM

I took the SAT and the ACT. It's a good idea to take both.

They weren't difficult, it's just that there's SO much stress and pressure and the test is LONG.

45 minutes of math...45 minutes of English...45 minutes of math...45 minutes of English...essay...45 minutes of math...45 minutes of English...etc.

It changes up so much you just get so flustered and want to scream.

Argh, they were brutal. :(

I don't mean to scare you but I'm going to be honest with you.

Justin: You actually don't need to know formulas. They give you a list of formulas (at least they did when I took them, anyway).

haha yeah, the PSAT was tiring enough for me. :( I really don't wanna take that long of a test.

oic, yeah, its been a while since looking at any PSAT tests.

Hep Kat 08-03-2006 12:42 PM

I actually enjoyed the SATs
