So, I hear "canceled" is right in the United States and "cancelled" is how the rest of the world writes it. I think "cancelled" looks better, so I write it that way.

Don't worry, every time I see LFD it reminds me of Left 4 Dead too. Though I came up with this name years before LFD even existed, but of course zombies existed before then.

Well a quick google tells me in the Dune universe, which is the only place I find a "Fremen", it is pronounced Frem-mem. Both of the "e" are pounced like you would in the word "get." So Firefox thinks it isn't a real word because it is a type of people from a science-fiction book.


Never read Dune, my mother said it was a good book/movie though. Seen parts of the movie on TV, never watched the whole thing... strange movie.

dune is a kinda cool movie.

i have a strange taste in movies though or so i'm told.

Dune is a freaking awesome series of books. Only the original 6 though, don't bother reading that crap his son and some other guy wrote after he died, they ****in' retro-edited stuff :angry: I haven't seen either of the movies but I hear the one from '84 is good.

The ornithopters in the film just flew like normal planes (or as normal as can be), suppose getting them to flap like they should with 1984 special effects would have been a bit tricky.
