I have a BOTAR poster from a Streetlight show in like '04.

Jessizzle 11-06-2006 04:37 PM

Yeah, i have a BOTAR poster, i love it so much. i made a deal with the trumpet player, hes like if you can convince ONE PERSON to buy a sweater, i'll give you free posters/stickers/pins

lol@ hitting on black trumpet players for all of mxpxs set.

Catchthe22 11-06-2006 07:53 PM

^^^I would have done the samething ;P

FauxApathy 11-06-2006 08:28 PM

Sweaters?

They had hoodies at my show, they were only $20 - $30 though. Is that what you meant?

I can't imagine any band selling sweaters at a show.

AIRIC 11-06-2006 09:30 PM

Haha yeah that's what she meant.

Liebensaft 11-06-2006 09:44 PM

Cool. I'm pumped for this.

comptonassrobert 11-07-2006 12:35 AM
Don't you think he gets that all the time?

Or maybe not since The Risc Group itself doesn't release anything for other bands yet.
I don't care, I was excited :upset:

Catchthe22 11-07-2006 10:56 AM

Dont crush his dreams. Well if i was on the road 6 hours a day I would tune in to the demos i received.

Henrik 11-07-2006 11:48 AM

Haha yeah maybe you got a point there.
The risc store sucks so much!!!

Jessizzle 11-07-2006 03:17 PM

So, no.

Catchthe22 11-08-2006 07:47 PM

That sweater is superior to the hoodie.

Henrik 11-09-2006 10:08 AM

I have a combined hoodie and Sweater, my favorite winter cloth.

Mild_child 11-10-2006 07:45 PM

Sup gice, seeing Streetlight TONIGHT at the Dinwoodie lounge with my friends.

they're going with Westbound Train, RBF, and Suburban legends.

gunna be fun.

Catchthe22 11-14-2006 01:56 PM

how was the show?

Kithkin 11-14-2006 11:07 PM

Yeah, I assume the line-up was WBT then SM then SL then RBF?

Catchthe22 11-15-2006 09:46 AM

hopefully it was WBT, SL, SM, RBF

Henrik 11-15-2006 11:28 AM

I would rather see Streetlight play a 1 and a half hour show than seeing all the bands play for 4 hours in total.

Jessizzle 11-15-2006 03:23 PM

wbt>sl

Liebensaft 11-15-2006 06:17 PM

From what I've heard, Suburban Legends are douchebag punx who aren't funny at all.

comptonassrobert 11-15-2006 06:30 PM

They have choreographed dance moves.

sweboy 11-15-2006 06:36 PM

How awesomely homosexual.

Jessizzle 11-15-2006 06:43 PM

kinda like the jstones... hhmm

Kithkin 11-15-2006 10:39 PM

Actually, the Suburban Legends are the third best live band i've seen behind The Arrogant Sons of Bitches and The Suicide Machines.

I'd probably rather see them as the top opener than Streetlight, at least until Streetlight release their next album.

ert90 11-16-2006 04:49 PM

I really wish The Suicide Machines were still together so I could see them.
They we're da'mn good too.
Oh yes, I was lucky to see them twice; last one was a week before they broke up. You could tell they were having a blast, dont know why it changed so quick.

Kithkin 11-17-2006 07:41 PM

The new Streetlight Song, Would You Be Impressed, sounds a lot like a Golgo Bordello song.

tappenzee 11-18-2006 10:13 AM
Can anyone get me a tab of Streetlights Walking Away?
Wouldn't that be the same tab as Catch 22's Walking Away?
The new Streetlight Song, Would You Be Impressed, sounds a lot like a Golgo Bordello song.
You heard this when you saw them live?
