Nope, thats on the 17th. Also excited for that.

Including local acts, I will be seeing 9 bands next week, as well as taking three exams, turning in a god-awful paper, volunteering, and having a work meeting.

I was so excited about seeing Mission of Burma but then they cancelled their British tour :(

Saw an Aussie band called Witch Hats last night and they ruled. From Melbourne I think. Any Aussies here into them?

Witch Hats are badaaaasssss. Really wanted to fly over and see 'em with Snowman & the Drones.

Haven't heard Snowman, but Witch Hats and the Drones would have kicked as[size=2]s[/size].

You'll like Snowman. Everyone likes Snowman. I'd go as far as saying if you see one for a reasonable price - buy an album blindly.

The former is incredibly bleak scritchy scratchy sparse noise. The latter is a bit more aggressive noise.

Both are really good.
