the only way to successfully wash and rinse my hair is to headbang in the shower. it gets the shampoo out an evenly rinses gets the water circulating

plus its fun

All I'm saying is that I wash my hair about 3 times a week and it's ****ing gorgeous and metal as hell.

plus its completely unnecessary. washing your hair every day wastes shampoo.

I see. I wash and condition it everyday and get many comments on it daily such as: "i love your hair." and "you're hair smells good." I do not mean to boast.

on a side note, LOL. we've filled up a couple pages just about hair. this could be it's own thread.

i generally shampoo/condition everyday, but yeah, it is bad in some cases to do it daily. i don't have much of a choice though. oily ******hair and bad scalp. hell, i have to go to the ethnic hair care section most of the time o/

oily hair is nasty as ****, so yeah if you're all oily wash it multiples times a day
