hmm, not my kind of music, like, at all, but that's some nice drumming, I really like the couple bell hits you get in there in that first song...

i love how I'm switching from that to some dispatch... kinda weird contrast...

On another note, does anyone else think that "douche" is a frikin amazing word? it just comes out so well as an insult....

I'm insanely bored, I think I'll go learn how to play guitar...
Ah, thanks, and are you referring to the singer? Yeah... he's not a very good metal singer, hah, we're trying to find a new one.
Fu(k yeah Will! \m/
Those are some nice songs. It's to bad the myspace gets like 0 love.No comments since december :'(
Hey, thanks man, anything you like particularly?

Blank 01-22-2006 09:22 PM

The bass in all the songs gets me.I like how you apply it.
Eh...the guitar wasn't to impressive, but it gets the job done I suppose.

I think it'd be better if you added some really nifty fills, and start some songs off with a drum solo man.

Bass or bass drum? The guitarist's only been playing for a year, so he's good for his experience I suppose, and yeah, I'm trying to be more creative with my fills, and most of the songs sort of start off with a drum solo, nothing special though.

Blank 01-22-2006 09:30 PM

I meant the bass drum :p

Yeah man, like that black metal band I was in that I told you about, most songs would start with some double bass and tom work, then I'd go into the main beat.Heh heh, don't you love playing metal?

Sweet, well I could try to do more intereresting intros, I'll try em out.

DuckinFutch 01-22-2006 09:38 PM

Metal seems like a crap load of fun to play, but I just hate listening to it really...

not really my style, but good drumming, really smooth and clean. I won't lie I didn't even listen past about a minute and a half.

/is not a death/black metal kinda guy.

Hey, thanks man, I appreciate it, and I understand, its hard music to get into.

Blank 01-22-2006 09:43 PM

I think me and TTTSNB are the only ones who post here who are really into death and black metal.
Everybody likes a little thrash from my experiance though.

rockindrummer 01-22-2006 09:47 PM

Yeah, mostly, there's probably a few other people though. Most everyone likes Death though.

Blank 01-22-2006 09:57 PM

Eh?
Maybe the ear friendly death metal.Like from 2000 and up.
80's death metal was some pretty intense stuff.

The types of metal most people like (metalcore, industrial, goth) are the genres I tend to sway away from.
Except a few exceptions....rammstein :D

Yeah...I definitely prefer the earlier stuff as well, much more aggressive. When I say Death, I mean the band.

DuckinFutch 01-22-2006 10:02 PM

Hey dude
I listen to alot of metal
just generally not that sort of stuff
though I don't mind Arch Enemy
(they're a death metal band I believe)
but I'm more of a thrash/power metal sort of guy
Children of Bodom, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica, In Flames etc.

Ninja are mindless robotic idiots. They live to do nothing but kill.

Pirates live to be happy. That may mean Plundering, or looting occassionaly, but only in order to be happy. They were good people, Often taking in slaves off slave ships, and giving them a better life.
