Thought so. They covered "the offspring - Smash" as well, that was great.

You're welcome. I don't have Wolf & Raven in audio file form though, unfortunately.

Dancin' Man 02-23-2005 06:36 PM

Norther is awesome, better than CoB.

Enlaved is my new favorite band.
Apple liquor time?

Yep. About as purely power metal as power metal can be, I think. Not much of anything else in there.

superpeer 02-23-2005 06:39 PM
My cup of water is also empty. At least you had chocolate milk.
You're right.

Yeah...I thought so...but I didn't want to be wrong, since I'm so bad with genres :(

It's good though, I still prefer Dragonforce I think, but this would probably be second, although I like everything I have heard power metal wise.

Blind Guardian, Rhapsody, Dragonforce, (Iced Earth and CoB if they count)

Dancin' Man 02-23-2005 06:45 PM

Almost as good. Both are great albums.
Blind Guardian, Rhapsody, Dragonforce, (Iced Earth and CoB if they count)
You need more power metal. Try:
Helloween
Sonata Arctica
Angra
HammerFall
Edguy
Nightwish
Stratovarius

Check them out now!

Silenius 02-23-2005 06:51 PM

mmm... that sandwich was good.

RiceMonster 02-23-2005 06:53 PM

I hadn't eaten for hours because of fecking school.
I saw the new Dark Tranquillity, but I didn't buy it, I prefer their old stuff.

I don't think you've given this album a listen. So, give it a shot. Its basically their old stuff x 10

Wasn't that song in The Matrix?
I recognize it from somewhere.

Also, that drum beat is really similar to the one in Stabbing Westward - Violent Mood Swings.
