well... I don't know if i mentioned this in here yet, but Angeldeath is back in gear.
Ryan and I played for the first time in just under 5 years last weekend, and he'll be coming down again tomorrow. ****in crazy. He's so fast. ****in god damn metal drummers.... haha. I love how I'm blasting a Carvin Vintage Series Belair 50 watt 2x12 tube combo. They're supposed to be a Fender Twin clone, or something, except with a gain channel. I love it. 5 12ax7 tubes, just like a 5150, so thats where that comes from. **** that 3 12ax7 JCM900 bullpoop. I did just get a JCM800 4x12 straight cab for only $300 from Guitar Center on Monday. oh yeah
Holy shit! I thought you were dead by now! Glad to see you're not though. That'd be cool to see you putting something new out. I still have all the stuff you sent me a few years ago. Angledeath demo cd, video tape and all your promo flyers. Good luck with it if you guys do end up doing more. On a related note since I haven't been in this thread in a long time...I'm back listening to a lot of metal again. I had taken a hiatus from a lot of stuff for a while. Just got burned out I guess. Had been listening to a lot of different things. Sometimes still metal, but not nearly as often as I used to. But I'm getting back into a lot of it. I just moved a couple months ago so I've been going through all my boxes of cds and tapes and whatever else. Found a few things I'd forgotten I even had. |
anyone listen to The Modern Age Slavery
|
When you move house the first thing unpacked should be CDs and the first thing wired up should be the stereo or computer.
For shame |
mattress, imo
|
I don't know man. By taking out the CDs and stereo first, it means you can listen to them WHILE unpacking the mattress.
|
^^^
easily the best thing to do |
yah seriously
|
metal is awesome to listen to when you unload the truck
|
anyone listen to The Modern Age Slavery
Ick. |
I don't know man. By taking out the CDs and stereo first, it means you can listen to them WHILE unpacking the mattress.
True that. |
you don't really have to unpack a matress, just throw it on the floor and you're good
|
yup... but i'd still put speakers first. music before sleeping, gota get priorites straight
Txus, you're Mexican, have you heard it yet?
wtf, no I've just heard the 2 singles released like 2 weeks ago or something, both were great. Will look for the album in a bit. |
txus, mehicano? hijo de mil putas!
|
i've only listened to Conjuration of the Spectral Empire a couple of times. i have From the Lost Years and Procession to the infraworld as well but haven't listened to them because they are pretty **** quality (128) and i can't find better ones
i wanna listen to those before i listen to the new one |
No soy Mexicano pero la gente es ignorante y estupida, asi que no me queda de otra que afrontar esto. Hijo de la gran puta que te pario, pedazo de mierda!
<3 :) And yeah, most internet rips for The Chasm suck, it's better to buy their stuff. |
isn't that just immolation
Not this one http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=1101 |
When you move house the first thing unpacked should be CDs and the first thing wired up should be the stereo or computer.
For shame
Yeah, but I have a ton of stuff on my ipod so unpacking and finding a place to put all my older tapes and cds wasn't at the top of the list of things to do as I already had plent of stuff to listen to. As it is, between my wife and I we have close to 500 cds/tapes/dvds that are stacked up in the entertainment center. I've been consolidating boxes and putting everything in one area. Before I moved they were scattered in a dozen different places. Eventually I'll have them all sorted and anything I don't have on my ipod already will get added. |
Who likes DISCIPLES OF MOCKERY? Total INCANTATION - Onwards... sound considering 3 members who left the band after the album formed DISIPLES...
|
I think they have a following around here, I remember them being discussed a few pages back.
|
I like them
absolutely nothing original which is good when I just want my SATAN and RIFFS and **** off non-elites |
i like Disciples of Mockery more than the W.O.M.B. stuff.
its alright... definitely what you would expect from 3/4's of the Onward and Mortal Throne lineup. but lacking John McEntee's riff-satan demon sludge-age is of serious deficiency. |
Disciples of Mockery are really good, yeah
|
Disciples of Faggotry
|
Destined to ****ing Festerrrrrrrrrrr arrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhg
so much filth |
i'm really liking the new Vengeful album. it's solid
also downloaded the new Vader album. havent listened to it yet, but any news if it's any good? i've always liked their stuff (mainly De Profundis and a few songs from The Beast) |
Disciples of Mockery are really good, yeah
they are great, but the vocals aren't as good as Incantation. too much "grrOOWWLL", ya know what i mean lol? dude shoulda stuck to just low growls instead of sounding like a mean cat. anyway, they are still great. |
