Not too much, getting my new comp setup and trying to track down my old copy of Corel Draw to edit and clean up some photos of my bass project.

maniac0796 03-26-2007 12:22 PM
Coral draw? That an image processing program?
We have it at school. As far as i can see, it's about as useful as paint.

Thank god for photoshop

ebe9 03-26-2007 12:30 PM

Did do some work on the EUB over the weekend but have not taken phots.

And yes Corel Draw is a graphics design program. I just however use the photo editor to clean up blurry and dark pictures.

MeaninglessPhoto 03-26-2007 12:30 PM

I like The Pimp. Its like Paint on steriods, but not as great as Photoshop.

Hrmmm. I use Raw Shooter Essentials to do the primary processing on my RAW images and photoshop to do the final levels and add borders and crap.

ebe9 03-26-2007 12:34 PM

Thanks for that gif maniac, as you can see I have put it to good use

the_pure_drummer 03-26-2007 02:24 PM

Let's work out that equation

..Multiply by Y.... Carry the X.... Divide into 17.0274....

Shouldn't you have had 7 hours of sleep?

Not when you wake up every 5 minutes

Undisco Kidd 03-26-2007 02:31 PM

Guys.

I will rep you for eternity, no matter who you are, if you can find me an mp3/aac/wav/wmv/whatever sound file of John La Montaine's Sonata For Flute Op. 24

My brother needs a piece to tryout with college, and he picked that up. He's wanting to hear a recording to get a better idea of it.

It's not a huge audition or anything, he's going to a private college here, mainly for science and history, but seeing as he's played flute for 7 years now, he'd like to carry on a little bit in college.

Berk 03-26-2007 02:31 PM

Woot underoath tomarrow.

Selling 16" B8 crash and stand for 70 bucks to.
That movie is so historicaly unaccurate.
It's not a documentary

oliv_da_skinmasher 03-26-2007 02:32 PM

Exactly. Some people are too picky

Snarz 03-26-2007 02:33 PM

Who here likes Rise Against?

the_pure_drummer 03-26-2007 02:34 PM

Can i have some rep?

Berk 03-26-2007 02:35 PM
It's not a documentary
But seriously..

If your gonna do a movie on an event that actually happen. Stick to the whole story.

Snarz 03-26-2007 02:37 PM

Can I have some rep then too?

Undisco Kidd 03-26-2007 02:37 PM
Can I have some rep then too?
If you find the song I mentioned.

Josiah 03-26-2007 02:39 PM
But seriously..

If your gonna do a movie on an event that actually happen. Stick to the whole story.
Why? It's a fictional story. It has no guidelines to pertain within. It happens to be based on an actual series of events.

However the point of the movies is not to be historically acruate, or even nice, or anything other then entertain. Since that is the goal of the movie, it is made to best reach that goal in the view of the various people involved.

Documentary's goal are to represent the facts as best as possible and provide a clear overall picture of the subject.
