Having a couple classes your Senior year is actually very normal. With that said, you're usually only taking electives because you've got all your required classes taken (if of course you haven't failed anything and are forced to re-take them your Senior year).

Riva 08-22-2007 05:35 PM

Bizarre. Must be cos you Americans are so fat and drink too much for your pitiful constitutions to retain your knowledge until you graduate.

Wot?

My last year is easy because I'm done with my degree minus my thesis =\

Tyler 08-22-2007 05:37 PM

I have the same amount of classes every year, and I think I'm pretty much balancing my electives/required ones to one elective a semester.

My last year, or maybe just half of it, is all internship though.

Probably because your face is incredibly ugly and I hate you.

Also, we do our BSc in 3 years here because it's sort of expected that you stay for your honours.

Permanent Solution 08-22-2007 05:49 PM

I would hardly have had more work if I did my degree in three years during those years. Which is why this year should be cake :D

Riva 08-22-2007 05:50 PM

So my point still stands.

Stop trying to show off that you overloaded your timetable.

Man, I don't know why I'm in such a bad mood.

I want someone (Hbp) to stuff up badly so I can yell at them and ban them.

Permanent Solution 08-22-2007 05:53 PM

I didn't overload my timetable though really. I'm just a badass. :p

You could ban Coke for awhile for no reason again (lawl)

Just ban Eliminator or one of those pit guys who spend most of their time on alt accounts anyways.

Dr. Jake Destructo 08-22-2007 05:54 PM

We're talking about high school here, which is admittedly ridiculous. Uni is usually different. although if I don't finish in 3 years, I will have a light and easy senior year of college because I already have quite a few core credits.

TojesDolan 08-22-2007 05:55 PM

Yeah that'd be cool for rantsome purposes. Anyway, I'm not overloading my timetables, but still I'm having a fin time with... analog... and... digital... and stuff.

Riva 08-22-2007 05:55 PM

I really like Eliminator though. He is like a benign troll who actually contributes more than some of the regulars.

I guess I will just go have a wank or something. On a happier note Hayley gets here in 6 days. :)

Uni is easy if you don't take a real major (aka engineering :p) and come in with any sort of college credit from hs.

Tojes: Woo A&D circuits.

My hw for my grad class was to think of 10 signals that very in frequency over time. lawl.

Jason: who is hayley?

I'm an engineering and physics double major. It's really not bad (yet....I'm 3 years into a 5-year plan)

what engineering?

5 years on a double ain't bad. You'll hate your last year though if you have to take a normal load and do a thesis/capstone project.

oic.

Riva 08-22-2007 06:02 PM

Hayley is the American girl I am dating right now. We met on a field trip here, and she spent a week with me in Cairns. She goes to Harvard on a full scholarship and so they pay for her to fly overseas all the time for things like field courses or conferences. So now she is coming back to Australia for a week, before a conference in Bangkok for the Harvard Model Congress Asia.

Okay guys, what should I do, stay up and revise my stuff for my exam that is in 7 hours. Or revise less and sleep a couple of hours?

how long have you been in a long distance relationship?

ps hw help guys, i need to complete this list:

Ten Signals that vary with time:
1. Muscle contraction noise
2. Tone produced when striking a drum
3. Frequency modulated radio signals
4. Speech
5. Whistles
6. Movement of a jump rope
7. Air currents
8. Waveforms on a monitor displaying a screensaver
9. Neurological synapse firing
10. ?

Well, I would like to sleep. But my chance of failing is very high if I don't look at my stuff. Because I was too lazy to do it at a normal time. :upset:
