Voodoo Rabbit 08-03-2005 01:46 PM

*Has been listening to the same song for over an hour*....

Jezen 08-03-2005 02:04 PM

That must get annoying. Im listening to Dave Weckl Bands 'Synergy' album.

Ill Mitch 08-03-2005 02:06 PM

Oooh Dave Weckl Band. Good Choice. Have you heard their live album?

Jezen 08-03-2005 02:11 PM

Can't say I have.

Ill Mitch 08-03-2005 02:14 PM

If you want I could send you some of it. It's a fantastic album.

Jezen 08-03-2005 02:16 PM

How would you send it?

Tim 08-03-2005 02:17 PM

dont get an ipod mini. minis suck. the actual ones have so much more space on them and its only like $50 more.

Futuro 08-03-2005 02:19 PM

whats the difference between the mini and shuffle?

Double Bass Jim 08-03-2005 02:21 PM

Weckls band is GREAT, one of the few modern day drummer based bands that are good.

Jezen 08-03-2005 02:22 PM

Mini has 4 times the space, and you can actually choose what songs you want to listen to. It also has games, organiser, clock, alarm, audio preferences, screen.

Shuffle is cheap because you can't choose what you want to listen to.

Futuro 08-03-2005 02:24 PM
Shuffle is cheap because you can't choose what you want to listen to.
why the balls would you want that then? fukin things are like 125 dollars (us) and you cant choose what song you want.

I have never heard that i thought the Shuffle was like any other flash Mp3 player.

Futuro 08-03-2005 02:33 PM

i really like the size and weight of the shuffle, but if you cant skip around songs that would be pretty lame. or if it is always on "shuffle" i wouldnt buy it either.

Win A Rabbit 08-03-2005 02:33 PM

so i was real bored-like and i set up just my bass, snares, and hats up left handed. and i was grooving alot better like that. i'm naturally left handed, but i've always played on a right handed kit, and with cymbals and everything, left handed feels weird. but stripped down, i felt so comfortable. hmm, now that's a dilemma.

well right now i'm listening to some mozart (yum) and talking to my friend about camping. it's d'amn expensive. i thought it would be $20-ish for a night for all 8 of us. but it's turning out to be $75-90 for a night :amaze: .

Double Bass Jim 08-03-2005 02:35 PM

Haha man your a busy guy!

swift 08-03-2005 02:39 PM

yea i was just reading about it and it seems that its always in shuffle. I would look into the mini or other companies

Josiah 08-03-2005 02:42 PM

I just have a 20 gig'r

Works great for me, also use it to swap music/files with friends as it acts just like a portable HD too.

Plan B. 08-03-2005 02:43 PM
Hello all. Hows everyone doing on here. Someone persuade me to buy a Tama Superstar drum ok.
Uh, do it?

Double Bass Jim 08-03-2005 02:47 PM

Don't do it trust me.

Ill Mitch 08-03-2005 02:47 PM

haha look at the kid fall.

Josiah 08-03-2005 02:59 PM

Dang that was one heck of a slap.. hahaha

On a side note the right side of my back is absurdly sore.. I think it was from a hard wipeout surfing yesterday..

Win A Rabbit 08-03-2005 03:07 PM

well, listening to mozart has "inspired" me to write a song in the style of a symphony. i've done some small bits like it, but i want a huge song. wish me luck :thumb:

Double Bass Jim 08-03-2005 03:11 PM

Man I love classical music.

Check out some Paganini and Bach

Futuro 08-03-2005 05:06 PM

i have some artsy asian music im uploading to post here, you guys might appreciate it. if you have ever seen a traditional asian movie, its the same stuff that provides ambience for the scenes.

Win A Rabbit 08-03-2005 06:30 PM

^ i'd love some artsy asian music. i'm always into the good ol' "unconventional" (think that's the wrong adjective here, but oh well) music when i'm just bored on my computer.
