Shadows 09-02-2005 04:01 PM

But then I realized I was looking at the UK and that depressed me for some reason. :(

Yes, yes he is. Most people seemed to have ignored that excerpt that I typed up though :(
2.Epicus Doomicus Metallicus is a Great album, It's like £6 on Amazon, just get it from there...
Is that the one with the bonus live disc?

Shadows 09-02-2005 04:26 PM

/me watches Part Troll for the second time today. <3 Bill Bailey.

Lord Abortion 09-02-2005 04:33 PM

shouldn't think it'd be more than £2...it has to come from America mind.

superpeer 09-02-2005 04:42 PM

Epicus Doomicus Metallicus is an awesome albums, I like their first vocalist (Johan Lanqvist, whatever, I don't remember :p) better than Messias.

Endless Obsession 09-02-2005 04:48 PM

Whos is Epicus Doomicus Metallicus by?

Lord Abortion 09-02-2005 04:50 PM

1.Candlemass
2. I actually prefer the new bloke, more dramatic, the new album looks fantastic and is, again, on my list of albums to get

Shadows 09-02-2005 04:50 PM

This is a terrible longshot, but does anyone know how to play the intro to Return by Arsis on guitar? :(

munky_magik 09-02-2005 04:51 PM

My other question about it was how does the re-mastered version compare to the original?

I know I should be asking Jondur about this, but he might kill me or something :(

I don't have it...
I'm not made of money

I am made of cheese and bees though.

munky_magik 09-02-2005 05:02 PM

I was just asking in case you, or anyone else in here, knew.

I mean, you've answered all of my other questions so far so I thought that you may have been on somewhat of a roll :p

Lord Abortion 09-02-2005 05:05 PM

That's it...I've outlasted my shock value, I say I'm part dairy product and part flying insect and I get no reaction?

munky_magik 09-02-2005 05:08 PM
That's it...I've outlasted my shock value, I say I'm part dairy product and part flying insect and I get no reaction?
Basically. If you had said something other than bees and cheese I may have commented.

Why would we? We found out you're a cheesy bug.
Basically. If you had said something other than bees and cheese I may have commented.
Haha...fine, that irritates my logically-minded brother, you just say something like "you're made of cheesy wasps" and he gets annoyed.
especially if you keep doing it, and then say "You're secretly Welsh."
that's a good one too, 'cause there's no response to it.

ATM 09-02-2005 05:23 PM

I love Sabbath, but I can't get into Candlemass.

superpeer 09-02-2005 05:24 PM

Candlemass > Black Sabbath

yeah, Iommi is a genius
the drunken idiot they had singing for them for a while isn't though.
Sorry I'm sure I'll like Ozzy again when this whole Maiden>sharon thing calms down, I'm inclined to hate them all by proxy at present

superpeer 09-02-2005 07:32 PM

God, Pepsimetal is retarded, really really retarded.

STOIC: haha, great

Shadows 09-02-2005 07:49 PM

Pepsimetal is retarded? You're talking about some other thread aren't you? I've never seen him around here.

superpeer 09-02-2005 07:51 PM

Yeah, I'm talking about another thread, and I have seen her (I think?, that's what Paranoidd said anyway) post here as well, but the posts in politics are really retarded.

I was in one of those moods where I needed to hear the first few tracks from their second album. The opener to truANT has a pretty fun drum intro, heh. They're really not that horrible of a band, I don't think, they just got blasted for their Michael Jackson cover. Was it deserved? Oh, sure. But they do have other singles that are pretty solid rock songs. To me, anyway.

And, I made it home alive, heh. No detours through the heart of the ghetto part of Detroit, like last time.

The only problem was that a truck overturned on the expressway about ten minutes from my campus, so the fire department was directing cars onto the grass median to pass. It took me an hour and fifteen minutes to go four miles :-\

But, it is nice to be back home.

Ali: nice picture, heh. Uni moving is always hard the first year, but it gets substantially easier after each consecutive year.
God, Pepsimetal is retarded, really really retarded.
Tru dat.

Yay! I got my new DC Manteca 2's! It feels so comfortable. I have for control over the board, they're supebly durable, and I have a better feel and more percision for tricks.
Candlemass > Black Sabbath
You know what, I've been digging more Candlemass lately. I say, yes.

Lunch 09-02-2005 08:36 PM

I remember when I used to skate. I sucked.

My weekend got owned. Friday: work 5-10. Saturday: work 1-9. Sunday: Homework (lots of it) Monday: work 3-10.
I remember when I used to skate. I sucked
Same :upset:

Luckily I stopped :D

Shadows 09-02-2005 08:58 PM

I tried skating once. I stopped after about a week. I could never understand the excitement about it.

magicbus 09-02-2005 09:23 PM

I remember raking leaves to try to save up for a 100 dollar skateboard. :upset:

Not only did it not happen, but I sucked at skating. At least THPS is cool :thumb:

Right? :)

NP: Pink Floyd - One Of These Days (live)

;)

Lunch 09-02-2005 09:23 PM

I dominated at THPS 2. After that I stopped caring.

Shattered_Future 09-02-2005 09:28 PM

Something about putting down 100 bucks for a plank with wheels doesn't really seem too appealing to me...

Mrrrr...3 days until school starts. :upset: :upset: :upset:

Still have to finish goddam summer reading too...

In all fairness, THUG wasn't as bad as people made it out to be...it just gets really, REALLY boring once you beat it (which takes about 3 days or so).

I like THPS...until I pretty much all they did was just add new things to each new itineration...still the same freaking game underneath.

i am the robots 09-02-2005 09:34 PM

Yeah, that's why I hate sports games.
