sonic 2 for sega genesis is the best one i think. sonic 3 & knuckles is the sequel and it's p good too. you can play as knuckles and tails can fly instead of just bein a shittier version of sonic. all the sonic games not for genesis are god awful. 1, 2, 3 and sonic and knuckles are the only good ones and they're all for genesis
