Yeah, it'll just be Alexi's part though.

There's a few notes that indicate a bar dive but it's meant to be a slide out. The reason I used a bar dive instead is because the slide takes effect instantly and sometimes the note is held, then a slide, so I used the bar to simulate that sound.

I knew that tab was fukked, so i actually moved onto other CoB songs. I would love to put some time into it today when I go home, and then play it through my Krank

Yeah, the way the sweeps are tabbed in other tabs would be extremely hard to get tight. That would explain the huge amount of bad covers, putting aside the fact that most of the people that attempt it can't even sweep before they try it...

I was thinking about a month ago, why the hell is it so hard but Alexi plays it so well. Then I thought about playing it my own way and playing the shapes starting from the top and going down but then it hit me that Alexi was just starting on the bottom of the arpeggio instead of the middle so I watched a live video and he was. I can't believe the tabs have been misleading people for 7 years.

that's definitely a good deduction, but to my defense, last night was the first time I got to see any CoB live footage (on you tube)

That is the only Guitar Pro tab i've ever listened to where everything didn't sound so crappy. Bends and such were right, and not all...guitar-pro-ey sounding :lol:

Well it's not wrong then is it really. I chose that sound on purpose because it sounds better IMO than the harpsichord.

i'm happy that i have my own room, but some days ago two of my best girlfriends asked me if i would move with them into an apartment... i think i will do it. i don't want to live in an students place forever... sure it has advantages and disadvantages, but an apartment is much cooler :thumb:
