how would i get my doctor to prescribe me zoloft and adderall without asking for them directly and sounding like a junkie?

go to the doctor and tell them that you think you have depression and adhd and describe the symptoms that you recognize

would my mildly obsessive compulsive behavior be of any help to my case?

i wanted to get prescribed adderall but apparently it's not very common in canada. i ended up getting ritalin, and right now i'm having a pretty good 'high,' for lack of a better
