The problem with these threads are that they dont have a point. They are just "lol i like dis banded wat do u think of tehm?" Everyone is like "yeah they are cool/suck" then the thread dies. The Pink Floyd thread actually had a direction of discussion before it became official.

The Pink Floyd thread still has a purpose. But Pink Floyd was talked of enough before that it got its own thread. The Berzerker does not need/deserve an offical thread.

Ken, I have a question about rule # 26. I was banned in the pit and rather unfairly as it was 14 days for a bit of spam. Does me posting in rock and metal on a different account break that rule? Keeping in mind that my ban was fro mthe pit and not rock and metal.

Nah, dude your a great poster in R&M. If you get banned in R&M I really want you to respect the rules. Alot of people don't like R&M cus of all the rules. Most people don't understand our community, this is one of the few places where generally everyone respects each other. The rules are harsh to nail those people who don't respect our community.

If ya pull crazy stunts in the pit, unless its a blatant horrible spam thing, it stays in the pit.

Each moderator has thier own way of modding. I am probably the worst one to be banned by. If people annoy me my thoughts are they are annoying the community. I'll usually ban someone for 3 days. If they come back and do stupid stuff again they get banned for 1 week. After that I get tougher and tougher to where they eventually either get tired of being banned and straighten up or leave.

Bobo is a perfect example. When he first started he had some issues. He was banned, figured it out, and is now one of the best members here.

Anyway, the point of this thread is, ban lengths is all based on whatever mod bans you. Everyone always says I am heavy handed, I prefer to think of it as a low tolerance for stupidity!
