Yeah haha.

That'd be odd. But good :p

I'm mad tired. I got like no sleep last night, so I'm off to bed early.

Night dude. Have fun with your ebaying.

Permanent Solution 03-25-2006 09:53 PM

Hello pop-punk. How are we doing on this fine day of internetting?

bottlerocket 03-25-2006 10:31 PM

Nothing...I got into Holy Cross.

2/3 on colleges that I've heard from so far:

BC: Wait listed...=/
Holy Cross: in, no scholarships as of yet (maybe next week)
Clarkson: In, full scholarship (44k/yr)

Word.

Yourself?

Permanent Solution 03-25-2006 10:33 PM

Psht...and you're bitching about that? My full ride is only valued at like 20k per year...

DJ Ducksauce 03-25-2006 10:44 PM

Wow, I want 44k a year...

/jealous

Pazz 03-25-2006 10:45 PM

Good evening guys.

How is it going?

DJ Ducksauce 03-25-2006 10:47 PM

Sup Matt?

Not much here. Just downloaded the first episode of South Park (I think). Funny as hell. First and a half time seeing South Park.

Permanent Solution 03-25-2006 10:47 PM

Sup Matt.

PS Gav that wasn't meant to sound mean-spirited or anything hahaha

PPS Do you guys think I can get furniture for my apartment and such for under...say...$1000? That'll include couches, bed, desk, maybe tv and the like...

bottlerocket 03-25-2006 10:48 PM

I'm stoked about supposedly being worth 44k per year but I don't wanna go to Clarkson at all, nor did I really like Holy Cross...they were more safety schools.

DJ Ducksauce 03-25-2006 10:49 PM

Depends where you shop and what you want. I'm sure if you get good deals and sales and stuff like that, you can get good prices.

Hehe Gav, if you had no shot in hell, our country would be screwed.

Yeah, that isn't a good combination. Don't worry too much. Things will all work out. And hell, you know you've always got schools to fall back on if things don't culminate perfectly. That's more than a lot of people can say.

Yeah, furniture stores constantly have good deals, because they're constantly going out of business! Anyone ever notice how that happens?

Gnarmageddon 03-25-2006 10:51 PM

Dude, just go to Clarkson and don't pay anything.

Pazz 03-25-2006 10:51 PM

I'm not bad. Been a busy day with homework, took the night off and going to hit the last part of the books tomorrow. Finish something for Monday when it isn't due until Thursday. I need to catch up in History, way to behind.

Well, at least history is easy. It's most likely something you've already learned that they're foisting (that's a funny word) upon you again.

Mehr...I don't want to be at ASU really..but full rides are very enticing.

That's what I'm leaning towards... Plus we're thinking of buying now when everyone's selling (cheap) and then storing it for the summer...hmmm...

I'm basically trying to figure out if it'll be cheaper to stay on campus or not haha. The apartment is wayyyyy nicer than the on campus one I'm looking at though haha.

I have to do an 8 entry scrapbook. So it includes news paper articles we wrote, pictures getting analyzed and letters we wrote as if we were writing home from world war 1. I have 7 of the entries done, and the last one is a page about how the women lived while the men were in war. 4 of the 8 were previous assignments, so they should have been done, but I wasn't done one of them because we just got it.

Probably not, unless you're willing to settle for really crappy stuff and a small TV.

You'll probably need a coffee table too.

DJ Ducksauce 03-25-2006 11:01 PM

If the apartment is a lot nicer and not much more than on campus, I'd go for it Vince.

Matt: I have a history test monday over a chapter we haven't even started. It's open notes, but come on, who tells their class they have a test monday on a friday?

bottlerocket 03-25-2006 11:04 PM

Justin: Meh...well....thanks, I'm really flattered, but it's all about connections nowadays and not so much merit.

Vince and Spence: It's very enticing but...meh...I can't picture myself happy there.

Rogue Poet: That's true...never looked at it that way. Hell, if I don't like it, I can always transfer out.

I have a history unit test on Friday. It's all of World War One. It shouldn't be that hard though.

Eh, we're only living there for a max of like...3 years, probably less. I don't want to buy nice furniture lol. One nice thing is I already have a microwave and toaster...so those are free :D Plus we might have some other smaller stuff around at home, I'll have to see.

Meh...is your happiness worth like 50k per year? :p

That also. I mean, you can always get 0 scholarship again later on. But full rides die after you say no.
Wow, you can fit like 2 1/2 dorms in that thing.
Hahaha, like I said...it's a lot nicer...

BridgeToSolace 03-25-2006 11:18 PM

Your dorm room is already leagues better than my sister's.

God damn, you even have a bathroom in yours...god...

bottlerocket 03-25-2006 11:18 PM

No...my happiness is worth 51k per year. :D

All kidding aside, good point. Alas, Gav is very tired and Gavin Corey is going to bed. Night guys!

Actually, I'm really bored...before I go to bed, anyone wanna hear my accent?

-Gav

DJ Ducksauce 03-25-2006 11:18 PM

Ouch, no bathroom?

/looks up UT dorms

Gav: Me!

Pazz 03-25-2006 11:19 PM

Gav, I want to hear the Boston accent.
