I tried out the multiplayer F.E.A.R. demo, but it didn't really capture my interest. It was fun at first, but got quite repetative after a short while. I think I'll go back to Battlefield 2. :)

What multiplayer fps isn't repetative?

I mean really, they all are to an extent as there is only so much one can do with a game based around shooting each other.

By the way, did you try any of the melee moves on people or slow-mo on?

Yeah, for the most part I agree. However, there are a few that really have captured my interest. Battlefield 2 is a prime example. I can play the multiplayer demo for hours straight and not be bored in the slightest. The levels are much larger and more diverse (at least to my knowledge, as I'm not overly familiar with F.E.A.R.). Additionally, the availibility of vehicles, especially helicopters and jets, makes the experience much more exciting. On the other hand, some games bore me after five minutes. In this case, F.E.A.R. did. I'll probably give it another try though.

I did try melee moves, but not slow-mo. Recommended?
Climb rocks! Rock Climbing!
I climb rocks about every year or so. I head up to Joshua Tree (OMG U2 ALBUM LOL) and I've climbed rocks there. 'Twas a very fun experience.

My first band is currently losing its fun. It now feels like work. I just hate it now. I currently started a hardcore/metal/sludge metal band and it's super fun. It's just one of my guitarists, who is a longtime friend, is being a dickweed. Gah.

What kind of band is your first one?

NP Radiohead - A Punchup at a Wedding

Joe 12-09-2005 11:09 PM

Then get out of it. If it's not fun its not worth it. My band is kind of fun, but I'm already starting another one. We already recorded a song...

So the party was fun, yet alcoholless and done by 10...

And now its 12:11 and I'm off to bed...

So, I'm watching Independence Day. It's the final scene, one of my favorites. You know, the big aerial flight scene.

"Forget the fat lady, you're obsessed with the fat lady"

I remember watching this movie when I was 6 or 7.

Jev 12-10-2005 04:59 AM

I haven't seen that movie in so long. I think I'm gonna have to rent it out.

Bartender 12-10-2005 06:25 AM

I saw that film (again) when I was over in America a few months ago. I like it, but I remember it annoying me that it was something like 11:45pm and they censored "asshole".

Maybe I do. People seem to be forgetting - or just weren't here for them in the first place, maybe - some of the things that are supposed to be frowned upon in this thread.

That annoys me, particularly on MTV when I'm watching Pimp My Ride or something at 1am. They still censor ass. :-/

I just recently passed three years without having had my hair cut. It is quite the mess.
