the copy i have is actually excellently recorded, but i enjoy those two songs much more than entire albums of LP

I think any band that makes a concerted effort to sound just like another band is weak as hell.

Similarities and influence is always great, though. That's how much gets done.

Critics can be so brutal sometimes.

haha my band originally have a song called dbeat makes me go to sleep, we made it really generic sounding and the lyric just go 'dbeat makes me go to sleep' in swedish, english and japanese. we havent play it in awhile cos its tedious

the only loma prieta worth listening to is last city, despite how the last song on that album shouldn't have been written. anything before last city is painful to hear and haven't bothered listening to anything after. i saw them at a house in june, it was alright. they opened up with worn path and i was ****ed up beyond belief, both of those things were pretty cool.

I like their entire discography, idk.
