With ales you don't drink to get drunk, you drink for the sheer pleasure of drinking. I wouldn't normally have more than about 2 pints a night - they're for [i]savouring[/i].

My friend said that one Captian Morgan's Rum tastes like Watermelon Jolly Ranchers (for those of you who don't know what those are, they're small rectangular hard candies that have an incredibly sweet flavor. They're awesome). It sounds pretty good, and I heard it gets you absolutely smashed, too.
