when i was 9 i painted my room light blue. and then i stuck a hulk hogan banner across the top edges of my room. i also had a mickey mouse clock.

there all still in my computer room...i switched to my basement so i could drum...its still kinda sickening. lol.

I really dislike rich people. Well not all but some. I mean my bassist dad goes and spends a couple grand building a wall, sound proofing that wall and the other 3 walls in the room.

Before that he asks for my help to pick out a kit so we went to tom lee and he asks me what I thought we decent kits for a reasonable price. I said the yamaha sets were nice along with a couple others. After all this he doesn't even take my opion to account and goes and buys the cheapest kit there.

So then he had to go and put more money into new heads right away. The crap hardware on the thing can't even stand up to any normal amount of play. It is just a joke.

Now he goes and after doing all of this he buys sound isolation quality foam to put on all the windows and doors. It's cool that he is so interested in helping us out but after a while it really starts to get on my nerves.

Yea, but the 16'' is the least commonly replaced.

this probably sounds pretty strange, but does anyone else have dream flashbacks when theyre practicing alone? i have really vivid dreams all the time, like 2-3 times a night that i can remember, which i dont think is that common. anyhow when im playing, i realized that pretty often images from dreams just flash into my head, its happen a bunch of times, sometimes dreams from years and years ago, its pretty strange. maybe the same part of the brain is active during practicing and sleep.
