it's just this crazy new diet scheme i've been thinking up for some time now. I started it on the first of this month.

it involves excessive exercise with extremely low caloric intake for the first two weeks to give it an unhealthy kickstart, and then once the first 2 weeks are over i'll continue the exercise but actually start eating a balanced and proper diet.

That's sorta what I did.

basic short term goal is to get back to being 140 pounds cuz that's what i was before i got fat from posting on mx all summer instead of going outside. i'm maybe 165 right now.

165? I'm 201lb.

I used to weigh like 140 lbs. but since I've started putting on muscle I weigh about 155 lbs. and look a lot better, much healthier.

yeah but i'm also pretty short.

i'm not concerned about building muscle at the moment, although i'm working on my biceps and triceps casually here and there. i'm probably just gonna focus on burning fat for a couple months and once i'm really slimmed down i'm gonna start eating mad protein and maybe going to the gym at school.
