I dunno, I just bought Socom 2, and I really dont need a new shooter game. Any new RPGs out?

-Listy- 10-30-2004 09:15 AM

Hmm, i would ask Paranoidd lol, he seems to be the guy for RPG games, im just waiting for the new Final Fantasy to come out :amaze:

Eitri Is Berserk 10-30-2004 10:18 AM

I never really got into FF. Not much for RPG, unless they're MMORPG, but I'm cutting down on the time I spend in front of a screen playing games, just because it tends to consume all of your time. All of last summer I played AOC every day, don't wanna get into another one of those cycles.

You don't need any new RPGs, you just need Fallout. Seriously, go buy Fallout 1 and 2, and they should keep you occupied for many moons.

Kingofdudes 10-30-2004 11:39 AM

What system are they on?

Bartender 10-30-2004 11:43 AM

PC.

Well, there was also a not very good FPS on Playstation, I think, but I wouldn't bother with that.

SonorKen 10-30-2004 01:19 PM

Alright, one night done, another night to go. Was a pretty cool show tho. I felt like I was in Slipknot when I played in my mask lastnight. Anyway, you guys be careful about clicking links tonight, some people are planning a spam attack. I won't be here so hopefully 3078675309 or Super will be in here helping out tonight. If no mods are in here go to the report problem users thread in Site and report it.

Anyway, I gotta start gettin ready for tonights show, later.......

Bartender 10-30-2004 01:22 PM

Good luck with the show :)

I would help out, but CD Reviews has never yet been targeted for any kind of serious attack..

Kingofdudes 10-30-2004 01:22 PM

 So you are in a masked band?

How do you guys know about this attack?

thickasabrick 10-30-2004 07:21 PM

So whats everyone got planned for tonight (or what you did tonight, depending on what time it is where you live)

Cipher Hour 10-30-2004 07:23 PM

I'm hosting a Dawn, Day, and Night of the Dead marathon (George Romero booyah!). After that I plan on doing what I always do...eating a whole tub of doubly chunky chocolate ice cream, watch oprah, and cry myself to sleep :thumb:

Bartender 10-30-2004 07:23 PM

1:20am where I am, and it was my plan to pretty much do nothing all night. It worked out well.

Awesome. I remember my first Dead marathon. Watched them with a big group of people; me and a whole family I'm friends with - just the kids (7 of them), not the parents - ranging in age from about 9 to 19. Enjoy it.

thickasabrick 10-30-2004 07:28 PM

i watched dawn of the dead on thursday, i thought it was amazing. the part near the starting where the girl and the cop meet the guy and the cop really tripped me out...like it is such a strange situation, who would you trust.

Permanent Solution 10-30-2004 07:31 PM

I plan on eating soon, then writing an essay I have been putting off all day...

What's the essay on?

Permanent Solution 10-30-2004 07:40 PM
What's the essay on?
This one is on why it is unconstitutional and discriminatory to host religious symbols on government and public property. Tomorrow's is about the notion of "self" in one of the several Eastern readings we are doing in my honor's class.

Bartender 10-30-2004 07:43 PM

Two essays in two days?

Seems a little harsh. I've had one essay in 5 weeks, and I did it badly.

Well, two diff classes, and tonights is a final draft, tomorrow's is a draft for one due in a week...all the teachers here assign essays two weeks of head of time and expect drafts after the first week

Not bad, not bad....but nothing can top: So a guy walks into a bar. Ouch.

:p

Bartender 10-30-2004 09:22 PM

Guy: So, you can't eat shellfish, anything from a pig, or anything from an animal with a cloven hoof, right?
Jewish Guy: Yeah, that's right.
Guy: Supposing a horse was born, through some genetic mutation or something, without it's hooves cleft. Could you eat it then?
Jewish Guy: Hmm..yeah, I suppose I could.
Guy: You could eat a whole horse!?

Huzzah for joke-telling moods.

Permanent Solution 10-30-2004 09:27 PM

That was less good. But religion jokes can be good...though dead baby jokes top my list :thumb:

Bartender 10-30-2004 09:32 PM

Yeah, the dead baby jokes are fun, though not 24/7.

So have you decided against doing that essay?
