Satanic Warmaster blows and I'm pretty sure Haz already likes Forest. Haz, have you listened to Raven Dark? Branikald?

Meatplow 04-27-2010 02:18 PM

I have a Branikald album but have never listened to it.

Forest is good, not really looking for that atmospheric BM style it has to be more chaotic. Tight, though.

Txus 04-27-2010 02:24 PM

Haz, get Orrery - Nine Odes to Oblivion

Fantastic BM from Tasmania, I think that's what you might be looking for.

Tyler 04-27-2010 02:25 PM

Still don't see how anyone can like Orrery.

Meatplow 04-27-2010 02:25 PM

k man will do thanks

Txus 04-27-2010 02:28 PM

RetiredAt21 04-27-2010 07:36 PM

Haz have you ever listened to Black Murder?

Meatplow 04-27-2010 08:07 PM

I can't say I have. What release should I get?

RetiredAt21 04-27-2010 08:08 PM

They only have two so get'em both. Feasts and '94 Promo. Pure evil and filth with pretty memorable riffs tbh.

are you sure these don't overuse electronic/glitchy sounds. the genres i'm seeing associated with the first two "Progressive Electronic" and the second is Krautrock, haven't listened to any of those genres before so idk
Saito Koji - Beautiful
Gas - Pop
oh right, i think you mentioned Saito Koji before, thanks. i already have Gas and listened to it once or twice, forgot to mention it i guess.

Jaundice 05-01-2010 06:20 AM
are you sure these don't overuse electronic/glitchy sounds. the genres i'm seeing associated with the first two "Progressive Electronic" and the second is Krautrock, haven't listened to any of those genres before so idk
They're all electronic but nothing related to IDM or glitch.

It's like drone with synths, prototypical ambient from the 70s.

DBlitz 05-01-2010 06:25 AM

alright

Meatplow 05-01-2010 06:40 AM
