Exercise is a good way to help it keep up.

I lost about 15 pounds over the past 2 months by cutting out fast food and exercising about 4 to 5 times a week. I have about 5 more pounds to go before I am content :)

Wages and labor are defined as an exchange of property.

I'm not sure how the Sixteenth Amendment says no, it's unconstitutional to have a mandatory tax on wages and labor.

I'd rather pick and choose whether I want to support my country or not based on how it's leaders act.

I payed my taxes until I quit my job, which gave me much more time to do research and find out that I actually don't have to.

Regarding the Tenth Amendment
Yes, the States can levy a mandatory tax but like I said, every State law regarding this has said that everyone required to file a 1094 tax form must pay the mandatory tax. The thing is, you don't legally have to file the 1094 tax form.

No... You don't have to file a 1094. You can opt to pay your taxes at the end of the year.
