Making pizza and pasta. The dough is a bitch to work with, and even though I've done two years of advanced culinary arts, I have never really had a lot of experience with stretching it/tossing it. All the guys are really cool, my old friend is the pasta cook and my other friend works there, who got me the job, but she's giving her two weeks today.

Pretty sure I'll work there part time and take some college courses during the summer.

I worked at Pizza Choice back in high school. We had lots of fun and the food was good too.

I worked at Wegman's in highschool, it was pretty cool, my buddy Dan worked there, and the bassist from ALAT.

nah its a woodfired pizza place, its a pretty expensive actually. It's funny though, the "wood" grill actually is powered by gas, but they put logs next to the fire to give the illusion that's its an all woodfire oven
