Lyrebirds are awesome, mostly because of their ability to mimic sounds. Though I read somewhere that they aren't that abundant anymore.

I have no idea how a redback looks, how big it is or if it is dangerous, and I'm not about to google it either.

black widows are much smaller, but they still have the red hour glass on their back.

We don't have a lot of big spiders here, for which I am eternally grateful. The biggest species is raft spiders, I think.
