1. i disagree that st anger is one of their best songs, it cannnot even be compared to the greatness of mop or sandman, but that is your opinion and i respect it

2. st anger.....tough on guitar.....is this a joke?

It must be.

If you've just started playing, you might not be up to playing St Anger. I've never tried, not being a guitarist, so I wouldn't know.

Huber 06-03-2005 02:40 PM

St. Anger isn't hard at all, and I'm not a guitarist.

DaveTheAmazing 06-03-2005 02:42 PM

I Like Metallica Cuz They R Good Lols!

fatbandit 06-03-2005 03:06 PM

Well, listening to St Anger, I'm sure I could probably play it (I'm a bassist, so I have some degree of proficiency at yer basic Metallica powerchords  ), though I'm not sure how hard it is at a beginner level still.

I agree, I am a drummer, and I accually worked out a few songs pretty much strait away!

Unnamed feeling
Purify
Some kinda monster
S.t Anger (A little slower though)
Frantic (I did use tabs for this one, but is easy to play)

At band rehearsals, our bassist gets on drums, and I go on guitar, we often play the S.t Anger album, its too easy!

Chu 06-04-2005 03:43 AM

Congrats LarsAgi on your first 'Deth album :)

fatbandit 06-04-2005 04:22 AM

Cliff was good. But not the best out of the 100 there. Billy Sheehan gets my vote at the moment.

i was promised lies 06-04-2005 04:55 AM

why has no-one offered to take up the lead on seek and destroy, its not that hard
why has no-one offered to take up the lead on seek and destroy, its not that hard
If it's not that hard then do it yourself?

fatbandit 06-04-2005 05:01 AM

Thought of just going to the guitar forum and asking? There's plenty of talented guitarists in there that can play the lead for Seek and Destroy.

i was promised lies 06-04-2005 05:01 AM

well maybe i would, if i had enough adaptors to connect the guitar to the comupter etc
