Narnia and King Kong were both pretty good movies.

kong was possibly the worst film i saw last year. every other scene was just the woman staring at kong for 5 minutes. after a while it became so obvious what was going to happen in each scene, that i just had to chuckle to myself.

the scenes of kong climbing up the empire state building were the only highlight for me. but it was damn impressive

Some of the dialogue was pretty terrible. Especially the very last line, I wanted to drop kick the screen.

That was the real last line in the original though. I guess Peter Jackson couldn't update EVERYTHING.

King Kong was so-so. In my opinion, you people are exagerrating the last line. It wasn't that bad. Certainly not the worst line in the movie. The "Heart of Darkness isn't an adventure story, is it?" line was waaaaay more cringe-worthy. In fact, that kid's existence was annoying and pointless.

Oh, and I found Jack Black to be the most enjoyable character in the movie.
