I'm having trouble gettting the Palm-muted verse to Lateralus's rythym correct.

The tab says that the verse goes like this:

Can anybody help me get the rythym down? I've listened to the song countless times, but the rythym is just odd.

I just downloaded APC - Thirteenth Step out of the daily upload, it's sweet. I'm on The Outsider right now. I've heard a limited amount of both, but APC>Tool for me right now.

I don't know the guy personally, but I met his friend in the R&M room on soulseek. We started talking, and he was ranting about them, so I wanted to get an album from them.

I was pretty shocked when I heard it, the album is REALLY good.

And, they're coming to Vegas sometime next year. I'll definitely be there, it's too bad there's some shi[SIZE="2"]t[/SIZE]y bands on the tour they're on.

Theres nothing very special about gravity, very bland. But it's just my opinion.

I think it's a good tune... Nice vocals and atmosphereic music.

I have to agree. It's one of my least favourite on 13th Step, it's just nothing special to me. The Noose is the best.

Gravity is very atmospheric, though. I like that song a lot...Although, I do agree The Noose is the best song.

I was into APC before I started listening to Tool. Thirteenth Step is still one of my favorite albums ever. A really interesting progression from Mer De Nomes, which was really beautiful and gothic sounding. The first six tracks on that album are perfect, but in the latter half the album just kind of puttered out, with some good moments here and there. Thirteenth Step to me is just amazing throughout.

I used to think there was some hidden meaning for the track.

Thirteenth Step is great, but the middle of it isn't very inspiring. The Package is ownageness.

That's what I was thinking until I read some feedback in this thread. There were whisperings of a live DVD from Tool soon, and these crappy DVD's just didn't make sense.. I guess I figured that they hid the live DVD on one of them.

The only thing I don't like about them is the songs aren't that memorable. However they do have ALOTTTTTTTT of potential to make some really good songs. I love the riffs. Also can you give me the track list for Kezia? I can't get the album info on my computer.

hmmm...I happen to like "Pet" the most on 13th Step.
