Electrocution 12-31-2005 03:15 PM

The members of Godspeed actually touched that right? Squeeaal.

I got totally owned yesterday, though. I went to put a CD in my bookshelf thing where I keep them, and the whole thing just collapsed. Luckily the fragile vinyl is kept somewhere else or I would might not be alive right now.

I'm home from my grandfather's funeral and it's New Years Eve. Good thing the funeral sort of ended up as a joyous celebration of his life rather than a totally somber affair, or I wouldn't be in the mood to go buck wild!!!!!
:chug: :smoke: :smash: :naughty:

biografiend 12-31-2005 03:42 PM

I'm really not a drunk. Seriously. Even though tonite will be filled with blackberry Merlot and lots of oonts oonts oonts.

Did you play at it?

JonM 12-31-2005 03:48 PM

I did. I played an instrumental I wrote, which you can listen to right here if you'd like.

biografiend 12-31-2005 03:53 PM

Nice. My great-grandmas funeral was like that, celebrating more of her life than her death. I enjoyed it, as far as funerals go.

Radiobass81 12-31-2005 05:10 PM

Got a new bass.

Musicman Stingray

YDload 12-31-2005 05:47 PM

Bass is good, Stingrays especially.

I'm just chillin' now. Listening to "Marquee Moon" the song and waitin' to see if I will be having fun this New Year's :-/

Glitterati 12-31-2005 05:58 PM

I considered getting crunked out today, but I ultimately decided against it. I decided just to stay home tonight and relax. I rented some movies, too.

br3ad_man 12-31-2005 06:16 PM

I went to a New Year's Eve party at Parliament House with my parents. It was pretty sweet, but I didn't know anyone very well, so that was probably the sucky part.

Oop, time to go to work.

pinkyeti 12-31-2005 07:32 PM

So this is the new year...

YDload 12-31-2005 07:33 PM

no not really

(eastern time zone representin)

pinkyeti 12-31-2005 07:33 PM

...and I don't feel any different.
EDIT: Central European Time Zone representin'

By the way, can anybody tell me the name of a good site where I can stream music videos? I know I read of one in these parts some time ago, but I can't find it.

Kyle 12-31-2005 07:53 PM

Happy new year!

You have a good one people? The fireworks in London were pretty amazing.

lilsolsman 12-31-2005 08:42 PM

Here's to another lousy year!

:chug:

moaner 12-31-2005 08:46 PM

wanker + gybe fans

who is "moya"? Is that the last name of a band member, or what?

moya is the name of a song on slow riot, but "moya sings baby-o" on LYSF.

edit: "Mike Moya"

oh well

Zmev 12-31-2005 11:18 PM

I bought a telecaster for $280, hooray.

New Years is a stupid excuse for a holiday.

Glitterati 12-31-2005 11:39 PM

I'm doing exactly what I wanted to do tonight, which was relax and do nothing. Just watched Pulp Fiction for the first time....might watch Aliens later in the evening, if I'm up to it.

br3ad_man 01-01-2006 12:04 AM

Aliens is cool.

I'm going to watch Traffic, when my Dad moves. It's one of those highly rated movies that not many people have anything to say about. I might like it.

YDload 01-01-2006 12:20 AM

ok, so is the progression of "Something I Learned Today" something like B, F#, D, A ?

Sounds good to me.

Luxor 01-01-2006 12:44 AM

Happy new years bitches.

It's 1:45, I just got home and I'm DRUNK. Who's with me!?

Zmev 01-01-2006 12:51 AM

Glitterati 01-01-2006 02:11 AM

Well_Respected_Man 01-01-2006 02:43 AM

the Erika Christensen and Topher Grace scene is the best.

JonM 01-01-2006 12:11 PM

...

Well, THAT was fun!

BillCosby 01-01-2006 12:59 PM

I went to Disneyland for new years. Walked in right before the countdown, saw the fireworks and all that jazz, walked out. Meh.
