Robert Wyatt- Comicopera
This is either really shitty or really amazing. That always seems to be my reaction through the first 2-3 listens of his albums though. I always opt to them being amazing in the end though this could be an exception. |

Just learned how to play Kracked on guitar =-D
i know it on bass we should compare chords to see if theyre right (im right) |
I had an argument to see if that part where J. starts singing was a C to a D or a C to a D minor with my friend. I think it's just a D but now I'm not so sure.
|
i would just use all power chords because i am only interested in the bass line anyway

Scorch Trio - Luggumt
The Black Lips - Let it Boom |
The past couple days have been good for new (to me) music. I've listened to the following quite a bit:
Swervedriver the Yeah Yeah Yeahs Battles All are pretty awesome, and I've never looked into them before. |
Sleater-Kinney - One Beat
|
Biz Markie - Goin' Off
|
Little Barrie - We Are Little Barrie
|
Thrice - Vheissu
|
Black Lips - Let it Boom
This. As well as Spirit of Eden. |
Robert Wyatt
|
The new PJ Harvey.
And for some retarded reason that's the 4th time today I've tried to type 'PJ Harvey' and ended up typing 'Patti Smith'. |
Robert Wyatt
Which album(s)? |
just Rock Bottom so far. I like it quite a lot, but I'm gonna wait for it to sink in properly before getting anything else by him.
|
It took me many listens for me to really get it. Once you do, Old Rottenhat and Dondestan would be good second choices.
|
ok. That probably won't be for a while yet. Actually, I don't know. I quite like it but can't really describe my thoughts about it properly
or something |
Kano - London Town - Really impressed by this.
Roll Deep - In At The Deep End |
