Heartwork is awful imo. (By that I mean it's average, but comparitively it sucks next to the first 2 albums) I used to love it but I got more into those. Necroticism reeks of the beginnings of that poopty Heartwork style so I'm not a huge fan of that one either.

I hadn't heard it in a while and don't really listen to much of the style as a whole, so it just sounded fresh to me.

Heartwork sucks until you think about when it was released and all

my friend blasts it in his car and i get into it since i don't have it on my ipod anymore. if i listened to it often though i start to lose respect for it.

idk why people think it sucks if they like melodic death at all. It has good riffs, awesome vocals, solid drumming and excellent solos. I fail to see the problem.
