My depression is purely biological (as opposed to situational) so 99% of my treatment will be done through medication. The therapy didn't help me at all. I guess it's just something I'll have to deal with, hopefully it's not forced on me because talking about my feelings to a complete stranger is not fun for me.

Therapy is junk and a waste of time. You just sit there and get asked a question, then asked "How does that make you feel"... Repeat cycle like ten thousand times.

Meds are over rated. You can't fix your problems with pills. They are still there, just masked.

Sleeping pills are great. Ambien. That will put you in a haze if you take 3 or 4 but I od'd and that wasn't fun. I was still messed the next day.
Weed or Vodka solve problems but it all creates new & more problems in the end.

Im really sorry to hear that. Think of it this way if she is doing that sh[SIZE="2"]i[/SIZE]t is she really worth being with. Love is mutual thing and sometimes its best to let go even if it hurts. Trust me I have felt what you have, you will get over it eventually, just keep you're chin up. Hell man go play some guitar and right some music, I garuantee(sp?) you will write some good stuff, plus you relieve some of the stress you are feeling. When you are playing just let it all out man, who gives a fuc[SIZE="2"]k[/SIZE] if you cry while you are playing it just means that your emotion is really coming out.

I will feel worthless. I already kind of feel that right now, it's just ****in' horrible. I am not giving up on her though. It just seems like she is in doubt right now and wants the easy way out. Either that or we HAVE been taking things too fast, all I have to say is the past 5 months have been the most amazing of my life.
