Criminals had the biggest impact on Australian culture.

Kage 12-01-2007 05:32 PM

I ordered some great new earphones for unbelievably cheap; I can't wait until they get here.

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 05:34 PM

I love taking a nice and restful nap.

NP: Mercyful Fate - The Night

The Door Mouse 12-01-2007 05:34 PM

Does the word restful need to be in there?

Kage 12-01-2007 05:35 PM

You can have un-restful naps.

The Door Mouse 12-01-2007 05:36 PM

I've never experienced one of those.

i am the robots 12-01-2007 05:37 PM

 holy crap I love my dad.

He just called my friend a faggot and to go fuck himself.

Kage 12-01-2007 05:38 PM

I dream very vividly when I nap, so sometimes those make it unrestful if they are too intense. Also, I lucid dream a lot when I nap, and sometimes that can drain me a bit.

Glitterati 12-01-2007 05:39 PM

I always though lucid dreaming was when you skeet in your sleep.

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 05:40 PM

I have taken naps that made me more tired than I was before I took it.

i am the robots 12-01-2007 05:40 PM

I have unrestful sleep more often than not, am I cool?

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 05:40 PM

No, but you can join the club.

The Door Mouse 12-01-2007 05:40 PM

Only if the dream has visions of Dime shredding.

Glitterati 12-01-2007 05:42 PM

I dream of Dragonforce.

WON'T SOME ONE HELP ME, TAKE AWAY MY LONELINESS!!!

The Door Mouse 12-01-2007 05:44 PM

Loneliness is a good thing.

i am the robots 12-01-2007 05:47 PM

Anything that makes me write garbage like this is not good.

Someone pos me. I'm within reach of 60k.

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 06:27 PM

You got me back?

Nostalgia 12-01-2007 06:29 PM

SWEEET, 60K. Thanks.

Yeah, lemme spread.

Riva 12-01-2007 06:30 PM

I dream entire movies in my sleep. It sucks, some of them seem pretty cool, so I wish I could remember them when I wake up.

EDIT BEFORE POSTING: I mean I dream original movies that my brain has produced, from opening scene to the ending credits even!

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 06:31 PM

That Weird, I tend to dream in a mixture of first and third person, but for the most part I dream in first person.

Nostalgia 12-01-2007 06:34 PM

I dream in scenes. I can't remember the last time I had a coherent one that made any possible sense.

Riva 12-01-2007 06:34 PM

I dream in third person about 75% of the time.

Well, actually I suppose you could call it first person in that I'm the director, but I am not physically with the actors usually. Instead I'm viewing the movie clinically.

When I dream in first person, and I'm actively part of the dream sequence, it's usually a nightmare or something very awful. So I think my brain might have started doing the "movie" style dreaming to make it easier for me?

Also, I'd like to lucid dream one day.

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 06:36 PM

Supposedly there are books that teach you how to lucid dream. I am always interacting in a dream, even if its 3rd person. I'll see myself in 3rd person.

Kage 12-01-2007 06:37 PM

Yeah, there are books.

Riva 12-01-2007 06:38 PM

Lucid dreaming makes sense to me because dreams are the result of your brain determining that you have the correct response to different situations. Being able to lucid dream is just the next stage in that process. I will give it a shot when I move back home.

EDIT: This chicken stir-fry is amazingly good.

masterchaos 12-01-2007 06:45 PM

Yeah, I always find it odd that the dream version of myself will realize "Wait a sec, Im dreaming". And I wake up.

gmoneyguy 12-01-2007 06:47 PM

I used to hate Stir-fry when I was a kid.

Riva 12-01-2007 06:48 PM

This is great. Carrot, broccoli, green and red capsicum, green beans, brown and spanish onions and snow peas with chicken in a thick sauce.
