No Country was pretty good, I think it was hyped up by some people a bit too much. Sugar (serial killer) was by far the coolest part of the movie, he was so emotionless and unforgiving.

The movie ends basically with Chigurh walking away. Just look at it that way. The monologue is basically an epilogue meant to push forward the underlining theme of the picture, though don't ask me what that is entirely.
