nice work with the shims, packing foam works best though. the pickups on bass go high enough though.

Mine didn't... I lowered them, and they had foam on the bottom, and it got squished, so when I tried to bring them up it didn't work. I would use packing poam, but I don't have any, and it was a spur of the moment thing

relax paper is fine. i just know that some people use foam to raise the pickups. then it can be compressed easier than paper, if you need to lower them. i hope your bass sounds better/fuller/louder now!

ARGG today is not my day... one of the leg thinggys on my glasses just feel off and i lost the screw... anyone know where i can find a small screw to substitute for it around the house? like in a remote or somethin :p

Anyone know a proggy to change Video (MPEG preferably) into an animated gif/jpeg? :(

you would have to extract the frames manualy, using video editing software, then use a program to turn into a giff.

You sure? There are multiple programs that (I've heard) can change the frames you select in an AVI/MPEG into an animated GIF.

And if that is the only way to do that, any programs in particular you reccommend?

I am doing horrid... I am grounded because my sister scratched the hell out of my arm. And I got grounded. She lied her way out of it and put the blame on my innocent shoulders. Who would my parents believe? her of course I can't play my bass, and I'm not even supposed to be on the comp, but my sister is in the shower, so she won't know. I was on yesterday when I wasn't supposed to and she called my mom and told on me. She is 16.... Something wrong? I haven't eaten in the last 24 hours as a protest to this injustice, so I am abhorrently hungry. At least I have my CD player to keep me happy, I liberated it yesterday when my sister was out. I also got in trouble for leaving my room while I was grounded... Isn't it illegal to hold someone captive? My sister is coming out...I might sneak on a little later, If not, I'll talk to everyone at a later date.... I just hope I don't have to miss my bass lesson and hockey game because of this.....
