King of Terrors : That is understandable, but even if it is a regular interval mailing list, people still get to many albums to actually listen to them and appreciate them.

I say down with mailing lists unless there is a guideline to them as spreading the albums out over a certain extended period of time. As it also exposes to many bands to a large number of idiots due to it being easy to access.

even though i'm on 2 mailing lists (power metal, general metal) i don't download that many albums, i download the ones i think will be good and listen to them a few times, and then i'm quite likely to go out and buy the album. plus, i can't be arsed with downloading loads of music.

It's quite possible I'm uncomprehending the situation, but isn't it clear that he asks people to upload albums for him so that he can send them out with his mailing list(s), therefore increasing the productivity of the list?

I only occasionaly download from the mailing lists, it's not like I grab everyone sent. I'm sure most people do the same. Since the beginning of the Daily Upload, I've discovered so many bands that any negative effect has been undone.

F.E.A.R.'s single player game is so freakin' creepy, it's hard to play it at night with the lights off and the surround sound going. :\

The AI is quite intense as well, as it's actually smart and hard to kill due to the numbers you are put against. But not only the numbers, it's because they actually act as a team. It get's intense in the fire fights, such a good feeling for once through a single player fps.

The online play is fun as well, melee attacks such as jump and slide kicks put a spin on how to play as well.

That sounds like a game I would enjoy very much. Sounds like I may need to put in a request before it gets too close to X-mas time.

Is it incredibly violent? Because I love insanely and unneedingly violent video games.

He (Freezing Moon) stopped it because people weren't havign any vague type of discussion like he had hoped.

Also, with DeadAIM, you can clone multiple clients. I used to do that back in the day with my MX screen name and my current screen name, but then I discovered Trillian, where I use my current screen name along with my MSN address. From there, I use my MX AIM screen name on the AIM client itself.

I don't really either, i do appreciate the effort, but barely anyone even bothers to download them, and no one discusses them. If i want an album, i'll go out and buy it or try it first over bittorent.

Some people should not be exposed to some music, imo.

And Freezing Moon was for mailing lists, but now they have gotten out of hand in the amount of albums being sent out, so he changed his opinion, is that a crime?

Also people not contributing to any form of discussion when asked to is quite annoying.

ShadowsFallen : it's extremely violent to say the least...and alot of blood as well. Peoples arms/legs can be dismembered from blasts, and heads can be decapitated by bullets and torso's can be severed by the shot gun.

And if you hit some one right with an explosive such as a rocket or grenade, they turn into a cloud of blood.

And there is a weapon that completely fry's people, and only leaves their charred skeletons left.

With the 10 MM nail gun, you can nail people to walls. It's awesome when you head shot some one to the wall with one of these as you can see the spike through their head and into the wall...

But what the hell, addiction has never bothered me before. It's kind of sad how I'm so infatuated with games with extreme amounts of violence no matter how pointless the storyline may be. I <3 having the ability to rip various parts of people's bodies apart.
