Is there a way to play risk online against a computer?

Common sense (with a twist). Most people try to take a favored continent. When claiming territories (if you play that way, if not, try to get these at the start of the game), try to get as much as you can out of Brazil, North Africa, Egypt, The Middle East, and India. Then, whatever continents still have a lot of territories left, claim as muchas you can of it. That way, youc an get a continent early and get bonus armies, and the big chain in the middle can be used to sway the game around. You can fortify all over the map that way. If theres an opportunity to take Australia, use India, if theres on in south america, use brazil. If theres opportunities in europe or africa, you have the middle east, egypt, and north africa. I've won plenty of times using this strategy, its great. Try to make an aliance with the player in Europe too, so you wont have to worry about a weakness in the chain.

I normally try to gain as many territories as possible, regardless of strategic importance. That way, I gain more armies per turn.

I do try and get a foothold in the Brazil/North Africa pipeline, and Greenland.

I'm yet to lose at Risk. I'm 5-0.

South American is usually a great second continent to take. It only has 2 ways in and out, so taking it over doesnt really increase any threat.

I love whenever a new player tries to hideout in Australia, because then I just load people up in Siam and they cant go anywhere. Also, when a noob puts armies on kamchatka trying to attack Alaska (and vice versa) because they thinhk nobody notices the bridge connecting them.

Im sure there is. I dont know any programs off the top of my head, but I know theres a lot. It's easy.

I usually leave Australia alone until the end of the game. I focus most of my fighting on Asia, North America, and Africa.

Ah, does anyone know how to upgrade a video card without actually getting a new one? I hate this, I've got an ATI Radeon 9, but it's the wrong version for Dues Ex 2, it's not supported. :( Bummer.

It was a bad attempt at abbreviation. Now, if Im correct, my video card is:
256mb ATI Radeon 6800SE graphics card. I got an upgrade when this here computer was bought(which is why I thought I had the other one).

Anyway, dont worry about it, ill solve the dilema by using my dads lap top.
