I love the politcal coincidence and me and my friend found in football. (Yes I already said this in SLSK)
This year's superbowl is
Eagles Vs Patriots
Two of the most patriotic team names.
Patriots have been in 4 of the 5 last superbowls since 9/11, they won the one directly after 9/11. Before this, they werent this amazingly good team.

It just strikes me as odd.

football does not suck, it is one of the greatest sports. it is opinion, but there are good things about football that cannot be found in [I]any[/I] other sport to a certain extent. skateboading is ok, but it does not give you the same experience with football, such as teamwork, how sacrifices pay off, etc.

They deserve it? The eagles have been to the past 4 nfc conference championships and we finally get into the superbowl. This city hasn't one a championship in a LONG time, whereas the Red Sox won the world series and the Pats won 3 superbowls lately. The eagles and this city are so pumped for this game, the pats are going down.

1)I can't stand Brady, he rubs me the wrong way.
2)Every controversial call in the playoffs favours them.
3)There are some teams I just hate, and they are one of them

the calls go to them? aparrently you werent watching last game. There were some terrible calls against the patrios. Not that it mattered. But anyways, the patriots practice more than any other team, and work very well together. Dont forget how terrible they were until 2001. Its not like they have always been good.
