when i woke up today i did fifteen minutes (5 miles) on a stationery bike, then hopped off and did 20 pushups, hopped back on for another 5 miles in fifteen minutes and did 25 pushups.

I'm about to do it again in a little bit, and probably try to start doing this every day

i'll incorporate more push ups and longer sets as i go
