Not really, it means their bowels can't easily process gluten. It's common because wheat is so synthesised from its original, natural form, that the body finds it hard to deal with it.

ive been through pretty devastating times but never anything enough to make me not obsess of sex

It's not a definite symptom, but depression runs in my family, I've gone through it, and a lack of any libido definitely happened for me.
