So last night went pretty damn well, (for those of you who don't know I took a chick to Summer Slaughter as a b-day present). We made the right ferries and stuff so no real delays, and when we got to town we hung out and walked to the venue and held hands sometimes, smokes a few cigars then waited for the show to start. The show started and we kinda hung out in the back until Psycoptric, then after them we left the front area and didn't go back in til The Faceless, she really wanted to get close and she got to the front and and I was right behind her, not a bad location for a metal show tbh :p We left to the back again til Black Dahlia and almost got as close, musically the show ranged from mildly enjoyable, to average, to terrible. On the way back we caught the 12:15 across the water and I got her home about 2:45, gave her a kiss when she left my car and went home. Overall though I'm really glad I went, definitely worth it. :)
did you guys miss aborted?

Angmar 07-19-2008 02:50 PM

No, we saw all the bands, Aborted were ok.

Steerpike 07-19-2008 02:55 PM

The Dark Knight made me crap my pants.

I seriously doubt any actor is going to surpass Heath Ledger's performance in the near future.

Take up programming or something, I think you'd like it

If you really want to waste time, see here: http://adom.de

I'm interested in programming, but never seem to try learning it.

1338 h4x0r 07-19-2008 04:58 PM

Always a good place to start

http://python.org

Dies Irae 07-19-2008 05:01 PM

python22 lul

1338 h4x0r 07-19-2008 05:04 PM

Python 2.2 is really, really old. Python 2.5 (and to some extent 2.4) is where it's at these days

I'm looking to Sieg Heil some Obj C though because I want to start experimenting with neural networks and I figured I'd get a bit of a performance boost for any heavy number crunching. Plus I'll learn a new skill.

It's going to be cool eh heh heh (yeah) heh heh heh

Dies Irae 07-19-2008 05:06 PM

haha my computer has pythhon 2.2

1338 h4x0r 07-19-2008 05:20 PM

Is it for a game or office program or something? Often times Python is used for add-ons.

Dies Irae 07-19-2008 05:22 PM

i dunno it's always been there

Russell 07-19-2008 05:33 PM

Charizard 07-19-2008 05:37 PM

like, to play shows as well as just jam around and be drunk

1338 h4x0r 07-19-2008 05:45 PM

You should write a song called Ode to a Bree

It would entirely about brees and why they're great

Tyler 07-19-2008 05:47 PM

I think Will Smith could record a song consisting entirely of "WOOO, HA-HA, HA-HA, UH, UH".

Charizard 07-19-2008 05:47 PM

no way

song titles pending:
snarf attack!
cubone holocaust
jim jones xmas
bloodsport

1338 h4x0r 07-19-2008 05:57 PM

@ Tyler

Not without an occasional glissando in between HA-HA and UH, UH

@ mappy

Jim Jones Xmas sounds like fun
